Trial

The trial is $1. Cancel in the portal and the $499 is not charged. The $1 is not refunded. Cancel before day 15 if you do not want the $499 charged. No 5% fee applies during the trial.
Skipping the trial
You can skip the trial and pay $499 today. That covers the first 12 months with the full team, which has 2 to 3 times the power of the lite trial team. The annual fee, 5% fee, confirmation and work terms below apply from the day you pay.
Annual fee
If you do not cancel during the trial, $499 is charged to the card on file and covers the next 12 months. It renews each year unless you cancel in the portal before the renewal date. Cancelling after the $499 has been charged stops the next yearly charge. It does not refund the $499 already paid. We may change the annual fee on renewal. We will say so in a notice at least 30 days before the renewal. The new price applies only if you do not cancel.
5% fee
Once a paid term starts, after the trial or on the day you skip it, you pay 5% of the gross revenue you receive from a customer we introduced, and only after that customer has paid you. Gross revenue means the amount that customer actually paid you, before costs, tax, refunds, and profit. It is not net profit and not gross profit. A customer counts if we introduced them during a paid term and they pay you within 12 months of that introduction. We invoice confirmed amounts monthly, due in 14 days. Leads you do not confirm are not invoiced. The 5% applies once, to confirmed revenue, not once per team.
5% fee time limit: The 5% fee applies only to confirmed gross revenue from customers IOG introduces, and only to the first 12 months of revenue from each introduced customer. Revenue from an introduced customer after those 12 months is not subject to the 5% fee, even if that customer signs a longer contract.
Unreported revenue: If IOG finds that revenue from an introduced customer has been hidden or not reported, IOG may end the service immediately.
If we stop the service
We may stop the service at any time. If we do, we refund the unused part of the $499 for that year, pro-rata. The 5% is still due on revenue you confirm we introduced before we stopped. We will email you if we stop.
Confirmation
Each month we send the leads we handed you. You mark each one won, lost, or open, and give the amount paid if won. If we reasonably believe you are hiding a sale, refusing to confirm, or not paying an invoiced 5% fee, we may stop the work and keep the $499 fee. We will email that notice. The stop takes effect 24 hours later.
Work
We find businesses, write to them, and follow up. You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief and for handling the leads we pass you. We may pause sending if bounces or complaints rise. Emails say we are writing on your behalf. At launch we contact B2B businesses in the United States. We can refuse a business whose customers cannot be identified. We do not promise a number of customers, meetings, or sales.
